This is an entertainment game, not gambling. The game uses virtual points for fun. Virtual points are not real money, cannot be bought, withdrawn, cashed out or exchanged for money or anything of value.

1. What the service is

The game simulates traditional dice games — Bau Cua Tom Ca and its regional cousins (Crown & Anchor, Chuck-a-luck, Hoo Hey How, Klah Klok) — played free, with everyone, in real time.
Each player is given virtual points when joining a room. Points are used inside the game only.
There are no real transactions: no top-up, no withdrawal, no buying points, no physical prizes.
Each round's result is produced by the server rolling the dice — players cannot influence it.

2. Virtual points have no monetary value

Virtual points, score boards and rankings are for entertainment only. They are not property, have no exchange value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred between players, and may be reset when technical maintenance requires it.

3. Behaviour

Do not use the display name or chat to insult, harass, advertise, spam, or post unlawful content.
Do not use bots, scripts or multiple sessions to break the game or spoil other players' experience.
We may delete messages, change a display name, or block connections that break these rules.

4. Your display name

You choose your display name (the default is a funny animal name). Do not use your real name, contact details or anything you do not want others to see — this name is shown to everyone in the room. If you create an account, your username is a separate, non-public login name and your password is stored only as an Argon2id hash.

5. No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. The game may pause, lose connection, lose virtual point data, or change its rules without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for any damage arising from using the game.

6. Advertising

The site may show third-party ads to cover server costs. Ads are unrelated to in-game results. See the privacy policy for advertising cookies.

7. Intellectual property

These dice games are traditional folk games and belong to no one. The source code, interface, original music and artwork of this version belong to the development team.

8. Changes to the terms

When the terms change, we update the date at the top of the page.
